At Gojira, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your order, you can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Gojira account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique return authorization code.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
